- Marimba Ensemble Adults
The Shumba ensembles play a variety of marimbas: soprano, tenor, baritones, bass, and hosho or gourd shakers. The Marimbas are handcrafted. The keys are fine tuned to reflect the tones played in African societies. Each key sits above a resonator with a vibrating membrane to amplify the sound and add a unique "buzz" to the music.

- String Ensemble – Fiddlin' Around Grades 3 - Adult
Discover your potential beyond the standard repertoire. Here's a string ensemble for all ages and skill levels where we explore the expressiveness of the violin across a global perspective. From the traditional and improvisational styles of American Bluegrass, Irish Fiddle, Eastern European Romani (commonly known as Gypsy), and Latin styles, we will study and play the rich and diverse rhythms, harmonies, and keys that make up some of the world's fiddle music. Students new to these styles will enjoy the collective creativity inspired in an ensemble where everyone has a particular voice and purpose. Fiddling is fun! Participants must have at least one year of experience.
