Denise Mimura, music teacher of 27 years & AIM’s executive director is offering this FREE opportunity to anyone who whould like to learn the basics of music. Come have fun with theory. For all ages.

We had so much fun last semester; we decided to keep it going! K - 5 grade kids get a supervised night of fun artistic/musical or movin’ creative seasonal activities. Parents take a night out (or off!) for some “me time” - just relax without the kids for a night! Snacks will be served. Spaces are limited. Visit or call our office to register. Min. of 10 kids needed.

"Poetry In Motion" Contest Poets, students, readers & community gather to celebrate and encourage this written art form. All ages welcome! Enjoy original local talent, some classics & light refreshments during this fun evening of sharing at AIM. 1st Annual contest winner receives $25 and has their poem published on our website. Several submitted original works culminated into an AIM chapbook. Proceeds from sale of book go to our scholarship fund. Submission deadline is March 15. Questions? Please call Dever at 206-723-3131.
