- Screen Acting Grades 5-8
Learn how acting in front of a camera is different from stage acting. Perform on-camera and review your work on video playback, learning the actor's craft for TV and film.

Through this introduction to the filmmaking process, students will be assisted by professionals as they create a short project from beginning to end; making decisions about storyline, directing, acting, incorporating music and filming their project.

Learn the fundamental techniques of stage acting: use your voice, body, and mind to pursue objectives, overcome obstacles, create characters and scenes. Discover the excitement of drama and working as an ensemble while preparing for an onstage performance at AIM's Freedom Festival (January 22, 2011).
