Camp Terms & Policies
- Location
Our Arts Adventure Camps are held at Arts In Motion: 3405 S. Alaska St., Seattle, WA 98118.
- Registration Confirmation
After AIM processes your registration materials, you will receive a camp information packet. Please allow two weeks.
- Payment
To complete registration, send in full payment or a deposit fee of $40.00 along with the application form. Full payment will secure your child's place in camp. A non-refundable $40 deposit (per week of camp) along with your completed application form will also secure your child's place for each week of camp however; full payment for camp must be made no later than 4:30pm of the Monday prior to the start date of camp. In the event of late payment, placement in the camp of your choice may be forfeited to another student on our waiting list.
- Camp Cancellation
If your child is unable to attend the camp for which they have signed up, you must notify Arts In Motion by 4:30pm the Monday before the camp start date in order to receive a refund (minus a $40 cancellation fee). Camp fees for cancellations received after that time will not be refunded, but transfers are welcome into alternate summer camps. All transfers are based on availability, are non-transferable to other classes and lessons and incur a $20 change fee. To cancel or transfer your student's camp enrollment, please contact our office.
- Family Discount
Families with more than one child attending camp are eligible for a discount.

- Class Size
In order to provide ample individual attention, enrollment for the classes is limited to 14–16 students per class.
- Dress Code
General spring or summer attire is recommended. No flip-flops, shoes with wheels, tube tops or bathing suits. Kids must wear closed-toe shoes and shorts or pants (for ease of movement).
- Lunch/snacks
All students must bring a sack lunch and beverage each day. Two snacks per day will be provided by AIM.
- Sign-in & Sign-out
Parents or guardians should drop off and pick up students promptly. Unless you plan to pay for your child to attend Kid Care, please do not drop off more than 15 minutes before camp begins. Parents and guardians must sign their child in and out of the program every day.

Please note: If you drop off your child before 8:45am or pick up after 3:15pm, you will be charged for Kid Care services. Fees are based on usage. AIM is not responsible for children dropped off at AIM outside of program hours.
